Why, atheists, are you more tolerant to Muslim, Buddhists, and any other religion. It seems to me that people feel that it's okay to criticize Christianity, but don't criticize other religions because they are more tolerant or accepting to them. I wish people would recognize that it's just as offensive when I hear people try to tear apart my religion, especially since 99% of the time their critisim is based on IGNORANCE.They do it ignorantly because they try to downgrade God, & in the other religions you mentioned, they worship a false God. Satan controls their minds.Two reasons:
-All the other religions simply accept my beliefs. Even a Muslim has never told me I'm gonna end up in an invented Hell.
-The Christian God managed to squeeze His ways into laws that affect my life. The other gods were so nice to stay out of my life.You ought to know this.

As long as Christians continue to be this ignorant and yet try to teach our kids or enact laws based on this preposterous stupidity, Atheists will be here to set them straight.
As this affects me in the US that is where I am concentrating. What happens in other countries is just as bad, if not worse. But it is for the people of those countries to deal with. Not me. However much the President enjoys poking his nose into other countries business, perhaps if he did it less there would be less problems here at home.You noticed the obvious also. I think they try to insult us because inside they know that Christ is the real God.
Satan doesn't attack what isn't real, you know. Why would he attack himself?
Alot of what I've read them say does in fact show ignorance.
We can't really expect them to understand some things because spiritual things are spiritually discerned.

By being so angry in their questions, they are really reaching out for information...Just think of yourself as a follower of Christ instead of the "Christian" that the world has made you out to be. According to the scriptures we will be persecuted, tormented and even martyred in the name of the Lord. Just pray for those who persecute you and don't be offended by them, but feel sorry for their souls.Because the other religions don't try to shove it down our throats like Christians do. Christians, (real ones) inspire me.Sorry, babes. You can try to dismiss us by pretending that we don't know anything about Christianity all you want. That doesn't change the fact that many of the atheists here are former Christians. I have a BA in religion and an MDiv in theology, led Bible studies and Christian discussion groups, and never missed a Sunday.
Today I am more critical of Christianity because I keep seeing Christians going on about things that they don't understand.People criticize Christians over over religions because Christianity is evangelical and a lot of people, me included, feel like its an invasion of our life.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
