What's important to you, the way a person looks or thinks ?

  • Since it's English site and since it's politics corner.
    I've listening to Bush for several years and I was getting such a stance - we, Russians, and you, Americans, have several things which we don't agree on, but anyhow we are going to work out the compromise.
    Anyhow, when I began to listen to Bush in the flesh, u know, it was just a revelation, he just...I don't know.
    So, it was speech - coz the face of Bush wasn't that changed you now))) you can't dub a man's face lol
    Another example is Tony Blair - I used to listen to him speaking in a programme on BBC and I didn't care whether I see a guy's face or not - I was actually smoking and peering out of the window. But then u get Brown - I have never listened this man ion this programme till the end of it - I just can't really take in, when the fellow speaks.
    So, it's also speach
    If you speak Russian, you can listen to Putin and you will understand why people care for him. I mean many do like him - he's very eloquent, very intelligent, polite, but policies, to be frank, are complete ****, but it's another question, I guess.
    And Putin isn't that beautiful, ya know))) Some people, me including, compare him with that Gorrlum from the Lord of Rings - he really does look astonishingly similar.
    But, he speaks sense
    So, speech, speech, speech.

  • If your appearance is not acceptable to your audience, the message, regardless of the content, will most likely not be heard. I think that sucks - but it is reality. You are free to dress and act any way you wish, but it will impact how the world sees you.



  • The way a person THINKS is always more important to me than the way they look.

    Because of this, I have been quite surprised many times.


  • Thinks when I am in a mature spiritual state. Looks when I am looking for a date unfortunately. If I could find a woman where both come into play I might just have a winner.
