Ive been dizzy for 3 days why?

I'm 13 years old and Ive been dizzy for 3 days straight. I have bronchitis right now (not chronic) and i was taking medicine where 1 of the side effects was dizziness but i havent taken it since 3 days ago at like 9 pm...ive been nauseated too...i dont have a fever...my heart is races at stuff thats not even tiring...its getting really annoyng somebody plz help

that at u call drug withdrawal, because your body got use to the medicine you've taken now it is searching for it, just let if pass 2 to 3 days if syptoms persist counsult your physician

Perhaps your body is using all its energy trying to get better? When you are nauseated this means a lot of blood travels to your tummy, maybe that's why there isn;t much blood left in your head? perhaps you are having an allergic reaction to your drugs, and this is making you sick??
