If you had a nickel for everytime someone asked "Atheists why are you here" - how rich would you be right now

I've been asking and answering questions in this category since March of 2006, I've got more answers removed for violations then they've got left alone.

Its at least 8 times a day I see the question 'Atheist why are you here".

By my calculations I'm owed $ 0.40 a day, for 790 days, thats $316.00.

Thats how much money I'd have if I got a nickel every time.

I have not calculated it precisely, but I have been on YA 2 years, and I see this lame question several times a day. That is about 12 times daily for 365.5 days for 2 years, and that equals $438.60. If I spent more time on this category, I am sure I could earn several time that much. I spend more time in Science and Martial Arts. I would like to be paid for the times I see those silly 2012 doomsday questions and worship of Bruce Lee questions.

I am not sure, but for everyone that has heard that, we should donate to Oral Roberts.. or God will kill him.

I only see the "Agnostics, why are you here?" a couple times a week or so...

I've been on this board for a little over two years now (May 2006), so let's call it 2 years even...twice a week X 104 weeks = 208 X $0.05 = $10.40

Obviously, it's more lucrative to be an atheist. Where do I join?

If I had a nickel for every time some one questioned by Christianity or told me how it was scientifically impossible that Jesus or God ever existed. I'd be a millionaire.

Religion is a very touchy subject, and it's safe to say that almost everyone gets questioned and sometimes harassed for their religious choices.

It's rife on all counts; stubborn, bull-headed theists reacting to alternative theists, or atheists etc and on and on... but think about the fact that there IS actually a forum of debate, rather than political namesaying and flock-of-sheep madness until war breaks out.

i've never heard anyone ask that. i believe in god, but i respect those who dont. simple as that, im sorry that youre having your beliefs questioned by ignorant people.

or basically any question that critisizes another religion, i would b oprah. ppl jus need to stop critisizing watt other ppl believe.

It truly is a good question though. Christians try to see the good in atheists and put them far higher on the totum than you ever deserved.

It is hard to comprehend that people would come here for no other reason than to make fun of others and to be with other unbelievers. There also seems to be a lot of gays looking for action in here.
