Im interested in buying the vb bulletin. i got a ipb 2.0! but i want to upggrade to vb. convert it vb! without loosing my members and topics. etc Now if i also pay for the 1st time install support 140 charge! Will They do that for me. like install and convert my ipb forum to vbulletin!? and also what about attachments? will they also be moved over?!Go to http://www.vbulletin.com/order/

Then wtf is Bfoot talking about then! he said yes. and i paid vbulletin. he should know what he talks about before he says things! thats messed up. i payded the 135 for installation! cause of what Bfoot said, they will convert my forums! if i would of known that i would have never paid 135.00 . i would just do it myself! daymn this sucks! I hope they give me my money back
You will need to contact Support. Bfoot is not Jelsoft personnel so he does not know the specifics of the advice he offers. If you need specifics you need to wait until a Jelsoft employee posts or send your questions through our contact us form on the main site.Woah! what dont make sense to me. as that, if they install a fresh copy of vbulletion! Where would they install it at? cause i already got my ipb 2.0 on my forums! and the link is www.nittolive.info/forums (http://www.nittolive.info/forums) but if they install vbulltin wouldnt it overwrite my forums and delete ipb? or would they install it in a new directory like www.nittolive.info/board (http://www.nittolive.info/board)

With the purchace of vBulletin, you will be given accessto the ImpEx tools which can convert your IPB posts, threads, members, attachments, and so on.
There is an add- on for vBulletin that is an arcade, I have it installed on my forums. We have v3arcade which is only for vBulletin and we also have the IPBproarcade ported to vBulletin available at vBulletin.org.
You can get an installation and import of your IPB 2.0 data from vBulletin personnel for a price of 135 dollars. The installation is almost always done within 24 hours of the purchase of the vBulletin License.
Hope that clears things up. :)i got an email and i said to go to ** the url they gave me on my email* and fill it out so thay can install my forum! But it only says for a clean installl of vbulletin! So how would they know that i want my ipb 2.0 to be converted to vbulletin and not deleted. like no deleting of members, posts, topics, attachments, ect! Well i see in the forum it had addiational notes for the team. so i told them what i wanted on there. i hope they read those notes, how long does it take for the whole process to completeUnless I am mistaken (which i doubt) they do NOT offer conversions. They offer convertors.
