Am too skinny and i want gain weight ?

  • HI am very skinny my boy friend like me to be fat he does not like me to be so skinny the way i look now to bad very skinny , i want to gain weight not muscle i bought weight gaining which the liquid and powder and tred it for few days but couldn't swallow it is anyone know about capsule or pill for gain weight or make me little pit fat not muscle ,pleas help me i feel to bad


  • i dont think there are pills for it .. but u could eat lots of junk food like mc donalds nd burger king and not exercise for a while nd after gaining a couple of pounds you can stop doing that.. that would be enough to make you gain weight

  • A few things, first, I don't think you're in a healthy relationship if your bf doesn't like you the way you are. Second, the only healthy way to gain weight is to eat. Just eat, eat, eat. Don't you dare take anything to supplement that. Just EAT! Third, work on your grammar a bit. It was RLY hard to understand what you saying.

    &burger king and stuff.

    but don't be whatever your bf likes. be however you feel comfortable and satiSfy your needs girfriend !


  • oh, wouldn't all women love to have this problem versus the most common problem women have! (being able to put on weight very easily)

    anyway, don't sweat it. gaining weight will just take a few of the right ingredients concerning your diet.

    here's some things to begin with:

    ~eat 2 slices of white bread with each meal, along with a tall glass of whole milk.

    ~eat directly before bed. i recommend a peanut butter and sandwich with that tall glass of whole milk.

    ~eat alot of white pastas (like speghetti) along with white baked potatoes on most days (don't forget those slices of white bread)

    basically, go on an all-carb diet (but aim for the good carbs like the ones mentioned above and include fruits and veggies!)

    ideally, those desiring to gain weight should try to eat something every 2 hours. perhaps set your cell phone to go off every 2 hours as a reminder.

  • if u don want muscle then just eat

    eat more calories a day than u normally do
