Let me make it clear that I have no intention of finding out.
I can also see the point of trying to stop women being forced in to prostitution........
or put another way.....RAPED!
I will be the first in the queue to stop women from being raped, especially in this way!!
But when a man is after the sex, how is he supposed to know? The girl will likely say 'no, I'm not trafficked', after all she is scared of what might happen to her. She may not even trust the police!
Does the guy just walk away, if he thinks she is trafficked? Being from another country could be a clue. But it might not.
So how does a man know if the girl is trafficked?Just his instincts?
I have to give my honest feeling. The best way for the man to be sure he is not having sex with a trafficked prostitute is not to have sex with any prostitutes! Get counselling if he must but try to develop relationships with real women and learn to appreciate more than just the sex!if she has a black eye and speaks with an eastern european accent... shes been trafficked into the country
there you go problem solved I think the man had be better keeping his willie in his pocket.I think the main point of this legislation is that the majority of women would not choose prostitution, whether they are trafficked or being worked by a pimp. Some women do choose prostitution, and claim to find it empowering. Men may feel that it is difficult to tell the difference, and that they are being unfairly treated. But the right of women not to be forced into sex has to be given more importance than a man's right to pay for sex.
Trafficked/pimped/addicted women are cheaper than those who choose sex work as a career. Ask yourself if you are paying the women what she would consider a worthwhile amount. Is she healthy, well-dressed, fragrant? Does she speak English? Is she injured? Does she have trackmarks? Does she appear enthusiastic, or desperate? Is she prepared to offer risky services, e.g. without condom, multiple men, violent sex etc?
I expect to get some stick for this answer. But I believe I've given you as full an answer as possible without passing judgement.Who cares? Arrest them all.As long as men seek out prostitutes there is going to be trafficking. The question is not "how does a man know?" but "why does a man seek out prostitutes?".
I do not have the answer(s) or the inclination. All parties appear to be victims of commodified sexuality. Discuss...Read the stories properly - a man will only be charged with rape if he pays for sex in the full knowledge the woman is trafficked. well they dont know...i think they should legalise brothels and regulate them..so then the police can police it>the end of day it will always be thereThe whole point is to deter men from using prostitutes, so if they insist on doing so they just have to take their chances.
If you need some advice, avoid women who seem young and foreign as these are usually the ones who have been trafficked. Its so difficult to tell.
I guess a trafficked woman will be more nervous, more scared, perhaps not seem to want to go along with it?
But I would just stick to english women! He has no way of knowing. This unworkable law is just meant to scare men away from prostitutes in general. The trafficking will continue with more women working on farms instead of working in brothels perhaps. Meanwhile our homegrown prostitutes will not be allowed to work together in pairs for their own safety because that would be considered a "Brothel". The new law also outlaws Escort agencies which do not victimize women at all but they fall under "working for the gain of another".
The focus on trafficking is a smoke screen behind which sex-negative feminists like Harriet Harman MP can push their puritanical agenda. This is a law against sin and it has no place in a secular country!
People are trafficked into the UK to work on farms but I don't see anyone pushing for farming to be banned. We can stop trafficking by increasing border controls. We don't need to penalise consenting adults minding their own business in brothels. Not everyone who works in a brothel is trafficked as raids have shown.
If we legalized prostitution all of the women working there would have legal rights and this wouldn't even be an issue.Prostitution is illegal whatever and men should not be approaching women for sex full stop! The Government is going to request voluntary labelling."Let me make it clear that I have no intention of finding out" I think you profess too muchWell most little girls don't dream of growing up to be a prostitute. Maybe I'm naive but I think if someone is selling their bodies they are forced by something or someone. Circumstances, desperation. And I think anyone hiring a prostitute is taking advantage of them. If she woundn't do you without money then you shouldn't. Seriously do you really want to be with someone who doesn't want to? #If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
